  • Brevity - keep it brief
  • Levity - keep it light
  • Charity - keep it purposeful
  • Clarity - keep it clear

Five Lines

  1. Outline - all the research and material that goes into the speech
  2. Headline - the ten words that matter
  3. Frontline - go big right from the start
  4. Sideline - levity, have some fun
  5. Bottom line - why are we here, what do you want me to do
